    Jason was friendly. Went over everything that I needed to know. He wasn’t just going through the motion. He was sincerely offering his service and how to make sure I became knowledgeable and my understanding of my contract.

    Took 2 hrs to get a car at no fault of the employee that was working. They were busy and only had one person working the counter. Enterprise should have more than one person working at a time. I would never rent here again.

    The customer service was great. Enterprise has a really nice selection of rental cars to choose from. My insurance covered me to drive an Audi SUV, which I thought was a cool experience. My current budget wouldn’t allow for an Audi any other time, so it was nice to have that little taste of luxury for the time being. The process with booking a rental was very easy, and the team was always available to answer any questions I had. I will definitely recommend Enterprise to anyone who may need a rental.

    Great experience renting from this location! The staff was friendly and easy to work with from start to finish, and the customer service was excellent throughout. I especially want to thank Davis, who went above and beyond to help me out—very flexible and accommodating when I needed it. The whole process was smooth and hassle-free, and I'd definitely rent from here again. Highly recommend!
