    Dissatisfied and they overcharged me and tried to overcharge me again that they now have my card in the negative and won’t answer the phone at there Florida blvd location next to Rally’s, I will never book with that location again, to post this I had to give a star but I wouldn’t even give them a star at all

    The location on Florida and Foster blvd in Baton Rouge was amazing, friendly and supportive. They took me to tge airport after turning in my vehicle. I always rebt from this location, because of their efficiency and care for the people who they serve! Gee and the team there are amazing.

    Very pleasant staff with great customer service skills. They are always so quick and efficient. Especially if you have an existing reservation. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Plus the deposit always falls off my card within minutes of returning the vehicle. It's nice not to have extra funds being tied up for days and needing to hunt your money down. All around great experiences every time at multiple locations I have used.
