Throughout these three years, I have maintained an excellent track record, never smoking in or damaging any vehicles. In fact, I frequently went above and beyond by taking time out of my own day to handle vehicle maintenance—such as oil changes, windshield wiper replacements, brake checks, and tire exchanges—when local branches lacked available replacement cars. At one point during my tenancy, I started a new job that shifted my pay schedule by one week. I communicated this clearly to the local sales representatives, who agreed to work with me, and I consistently made my payments every Thursday or Friday as agreed but would pay for the week I was in on the following Friday. Despite this long-standing history and compliance, I was recently placed on a DNR (Do Not Rent) list by an employee/manager named Vincent Buck. My final interaction with Mr. Buck was highly unprofessional and disrespectful. Furthermore, I have already attempted to contact corporate twice regarding this matter and have been ignored. As a dedicated customer who has consistently supported your business and maintained your property, I am deeply disappointed by this lack of communication and respect. I know I won't receive any response from the company but that shows what a LOYAL CUSTOMER means to them.
