I called for three days straight and stayed on hold throughout the day each time for over 15 minutes before hanging up. I know people are busy, but really?

I’ve had the pleasure of meeting MJ (the manager) and Patrick, whose customer service skills were truly exceptional. He made the entire process easy and enjoyable. He was very patient with me and made sure I was aware of all my options. I appreciated his knowledge, professionalism, and likable personality. MJ had great vibes, professionalism, and care from start to finish. Honestly, I can’t thank them enough.

Enterprise would not accept. Policies need to be updated to reflect the digital age. Instead my wife had to drive over, provide her license, rent the car, and let me drive it. Pointless….
