- ARAaron RippJun 27, 20265.0We tried renting a car through Budget Car rental across the street. Paid online but was denied in person because of them not taking a Chime credit card for the deposit. Had to call to get a refund over the phone. Drove straight to Enterprise to try our luck because we had a trip itinerary we needed to stick to given our allotted time off work. Walked right in, spoke with a nice young fellow named Brandon (if I remember correct) at the front desk who was able to get us a car right then and there in our budget. Chad walked us out and gave us the run down on the car’s specs and fluid levels. We were in and out in no more than 30 minutes. Drove like a champ to Las Vegas and back. Got our $300 deposit back in around 5 days I believe. Thanks guys!

He said something when I was speaking no idea what and he hung up on me. I clearly heard the phone hit the cradle so it was not an accidental disconnect.

Finding great customer service can be rare these days, but Carlton goes above and beyond. Highly recommend asking for him if you need a rental!
