  I just wanted to give a HUGE shoutout to the entire Enterprise Car Sales team on Siegen Lane! I recently purchased another car from them, making this my second time doing business with them. I’ve also recommended them to friends and family, and they’ve had great experiences purchasing their vehicles as well. This is honestly the only dealership I’ve ever been to where you don’t feel pressured into buying a car or settling for something you don’t truly love. The ENTIRE staff was so friendly, professional, and welcoming. I especially love how everyone works together—it genuinely felt like I was working with family! I also want to give a HUGE shoutout to my salesperson, Kendal, the Customer Experience Manager, Khristian, and Queen.   They sold me a car they lied and said they inspected . I had to pay 514 dollars to get rusted rotors and pads replaced and there is other things I have to. I live in Mississippi and purchased from baton Rouge Louisiana. I purchased the bumper to bumper warranty and they didn't pay for it. I had plans for my daughter to get her car from here, not any longer. I used my vacation days to search for a car. I have to return back to work tomorrow. So I am unable to return the car even if I wanted to. I informed the salesperson that once I got home I would have the car inspected no matter what. But on my way home from the enterprise the car began to shimmy (slightly shake) I called to let them know and was told they woultell the manager. They said the car was inspected. How did they miss rusted rotors and pads. Unbalanced. Etc.

  I was unaware of enterprise car sales, but I was in a rental after being involved in a car accident that was not my fault which totaled my car. Enterprise rental customer service directed me to Nick Brignac with enterprise car sales who was very helpful. There was the exact car I was looking at the BR location. Needless to say, I bought it! Nick made the buying process easy and enjoyable. I love my new car, it’s in amazing condition!
