  Chris Moody...where do I even begin? He was absolutely the most wonderful salesperson to work with. He was kind, knew his product and was not your typical "pushy" sales guy. He is truly a gem! We bought my daughter's XC90 from him and it was a smooth and pleasant transaction. So much so that my family went back and bought a second car from him a few months later. Chris, whatever they're paying you simply isn't enough! You are priceless, a gem and a rockstar. I appreciate you so much! If you're looking for the right guy to find you the right car, go see Chris.

  Went to look and had made a decision not buy that day. Our salesman, Milan, understood and worked with us for about 3 hours showing us different vehicles and letting us test drive multiple vehicles. We sat down and worked through some payment options so we would be as informed as possible. We loved the way we were treated and decided to go back the next day and made the purchase. Grateful for all the help and knowledge we got while just looking. Thanks again. Go see Milan for a Volvo!

  PURCHASED A USED VEHICLE YESTERDAY AND THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT POPPED ON LATER THAT NIGHT.BUT THE 5 STARS IS FOR THE EMPLOYEES GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

  Service department needs significant improvement. If you don't have an appointment, regardless of how urgent/dangerous your vehicle issue may be, good luck! And even with an appointment, they still are never able to provide a loaner. Disappointed once again.

  I just recently purchased a car and I'm quite upset that they were not willing to negotiate on the price and told me right off the bat they can't take more than $200 off the vehicle. From 3/6 to now 3/11, I got an email the vehicle dropped in price and it was almost $600 off. Although they said they gave me a "discount" on the platinum protection, it's the principal that they couldn't do that from the beginning. Following the day of purchasing my car, I tried to reach back to the sales rep to ask questions--he's no where to be found. LOL. I had to talk to the finance manager for questions that should have been addressed by the sales rep. ALSO, they WON'T give you an inspection sticker if you buy a used car. I had to take the Lexus to Leblanc Lexus for them to inspect my car and provide me a sticker because you guys can't provide an "all star" service. The whole experience was subpar and I would never recommend anyone buying from this company. I only bought because it's the car I really want and not because of the service. Oh, and don't bother emailing the reviews email to raise your concerns because they won't answer there either. 🤣
