- WDWeldon D'Aquin1 day ago5.0The service was very professional. Every one was courteous and friendly. I was told nothing was found but it could be a sensor. I can understand since I worked with computers for fourth years. I was very satisfied.
- JJJohn Jacobs2 days ago4.0Great communication and good service. I’ve been using this dealership for seven years and now it’s under new ownership. Prices to have your vehicle serviced here have gone up significantly.
- SCShanta Chatman6 days ago5.0Victor Mattaur was really helpful. He made everything so smooth and easy. He made the three hour drive I took worth it! Would highly recommend him.
- LLlynn liuOct 16, 20265.0My vehicle was in the Baton Rouge Volvo shop for 4 days. They fixed the gas smell issue I brought it in for, and their thorough inspection also identified two other safety issues that they took care of nicely. Although the repair took a day longer than expected due to a wrong part being ordered, I am very satisfied with the final result. The gas smell is completely gone, and my vehicle is entirely safe again. Thank you to Donte, the top mechanic, for a great job done, and thank you to Torin for the excellent customer service. I also want to specifically thank Jeff, the service department manager, for providing a $100 discount to make up for the repair delay. I was able to combine this with a 15% off coupon I received in the mail. Even though my final total was still over $1,400, their honesty, fairness, and great work made it completely worth it. Highly recommend this team!
- BGBeryl GomezOct 12, 20263.0No status given after 2 hours still waiting. We booked our appointment to wait sNice we are over an hour away. When asked for a status the reason was parts had not sent over the parts and estimate I assume was a check point to proceed. Very sad when work had not even started at this point. When questioned I asked if I could go to parts to check why the delay was told “there is the door” to parts. Sadly our favorite SUV and dealership was not costumer focused to check in after over 2 hours waiting. We asked for our car to leave. All we needed was a Onstar battery change.
