  I had reservation for rental. I came pick up car and no cars available. No communication about my reservation.

  The vehicle I picked up was clean and smoke free. It was nice, but my issue was when I got it everything seems to be good, but the same day the tire pressure light popped on. I had to continue to put air in the tire every single day. I called enterprise to get the issue taken care of, but I was told that I can bring the car back and they would give me another one, once they receive another one in for that day and that they will call me back. Unfortunately, no one called back to check on the car that gave me issues with the tire. I spoke with a guy about it and I told him i didn't feel safe driving the car while the tire pressure kept going down, because anything could happen. So I was told to go to Firestone to get the tire fix or I can bring the car back to enterprise. I told him I lived so far away from Firestone. So since no one ever follow up with me about another car. I had no other choice but to go to Firestone that was 1 hour and 45 minutes from where I live. That was gas money I had to use for that, and when I got to Firestone and they tried to take the tire off, but they couldn't because there was no lock in the car to remove the tire so while I was there at Firestone I called Bastrop to let them know what was going on they said just take the car to the other enterprise to see if they can change it out. Somehow, they didn't have any cars either. So since Firestone couldn't remove the tire because there was no lock to be found in the car to take the tire off. I was told to go to discount tires and waited an hour there so they can fix it...they found a nail in the tire. This was a bad experience for me and I was stressed because I had to go and make time to get something fixed when it should have been taken care of by enterprise. Hopefully, it gets better. I also was told that they will take care of it and see what can be done. The day I turned the car in and I told everything that happen...all I got was yes I understand and sorry. I wanted to give 5 stars but the tire issue I had since I had the car and no one never followed up with me about coming to get another car.

  Showed up for reservation and the employees didnt have a key to the store. Its a different issue every week with this store and the one in Monticello.
