I always get my rental from baker. Enterprise has always been great. When I returned it was quick and easy. Thank you Derrick for the best service.

- JDJustin DyerAug 11, 20263.0Unfortunate experience today. When I entered the facility, I was not greeted by anyone. Two employees were at the front desk assisting another customer with a rental, so I took a seat to allow them to finish. Shortly afterward, a white woman entered the facility. She was greeted and told that someone would assist her shortly. She was then called to the front desk and assisted with her rental before anyone acknowledged or assisted me. I commented on what had occurred, and only then did the staff attempt to set me up with my rental. I would like to believe this was an isolated incident; however, I have experienced similarly distasteful customer service at this location previously. During a prior rental, my vehicle smelled strongly of marijuana. When I requested an exchange, I was told there was no way the vehicle could smell that way because the previous renter was a “state lady.” I ultimately had to drive to another location to exchange the vehicle. These experiences have been disappointing and raise serious concerns about the level of customer service and professionalism at this location.
