  Went through for a quick rinse off and got double teamed with the high pressure sales pitch to buy the monthly plan. I politely declined because I don't live in the area. Just wanted to brush off the dust and be on my way. Took me saying no seven times before they let me through. That's not the worst part. My vehicle came out with a haze all over the windshield. I got out to see what it was and it's like an oily substance all over the paint, glass and plastic trim that won't come off. I pointed it out to the workers and they said it was probably from the vehicle before me, but this doesn't look like any fluids from a vehicle. They offered to run it through again but I declined saying I didn't want any more of that residue on my vehicle they said I could wait 30 minutes to an hour and they would clean the brushes and then run through again. I asked for a refund and got it , but I'm still not happy with the situation because now I have to find a detailer to clean all this stuff off my paint. I'm very disappointed overall that they just don't care.
