  When I 1st walked into Walker Toyota to see Ms. Charlene G., I was shopping for a cheap used car. I told her what I was working with, how bad my credit was, what I could afford. She took me outside and showed me a brand new car, with NO miles on it!! Told me to take it for a test drive. I told her no! I didn't want to get my hopes up and fall in love with something I just knew I wouldn't qualify for! She insisted, told me to trust her, and handed me the keys.. we turned a few corners and I thoroughly enjoyed how smooth the ride was (although I tried my best to hide it)! 😍 She asked me if I liked it and of course I did, who wouldn't -- it's a BRAND NEW CAR!! I've never had a new car before! When we got back inside, I tried to hand her the keys back, and she refused to take them. Told me she doesn't hold "other people's keys". While I was skeptical, she was confident! Even though her team was still working the numbers, trying to get me the best deal possible, I'm sitting there waiting for her to come tell me, I didn't qualify and there was nothing she could do. Well, long story short, the car that had no miles, (until I drove it) is now parked outside my home! 🙌🏾 The car I had no hope of getting, I hold the keys in my hand! 🙌🏾 The car Ms. Charlene told me was mine, is MINE! 🙌🏾 To Ms. Charlene and the entire Walker Toyota team, I am thoroughly blessed, and I can't thank you enough!! 🙌🏾 When others won't, WALKER WILL!!! 😍😍😍

  If you’re looking for a vehicle, go see Goose at Walker Toyota in Alexandria! He is incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and truly knows the car business inside and out. Today he was out helping us in the rain without hesitation, making sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. He went above and beyond to make my Mother’s Day gift happen today, and I couldn’t be more thankful for the experience. Great customer service is hard to find, and Goose absolutely delivered. Highly recommend asking for him if you want someone who genuinely cares and will work hard for you!

  I just drove off the lot in my new 2026 Toyota Camry and I couldn’t be happier. Goose made the entire process smooth from start to finish. This guy stayed till 8:30 at night to make sure everything was perfect for me. No rushing he was committed to getting me in the right car with the right deal, even after hours. No games with pricing or financing. Broke down the out-the-door cost, trade-in value, and monthly payments clearly. I came in just to “look” and left same day feeling confident I got the right car at the right deal. If you’re Toyota shopping, ask for Goose. He’ll take care of you. Thank you, Goose, for your time, patience, and genuine care. You turned a stressful process into something exciting, and I’m loving every mile in my new Camry because of you!

  Buyer beware of their service department purchase the car a MDX Acura 2022 purchased it in November 2024 brought the car back within a week because it was making a noise on the left tire. They insist that they didn’t hear anything time has passed on a year and I’ve gone back to talk to them about that same problem. I had another mechanic look at it and stated it was the strut on the car, they figured out. It was the strut and agreed to replace it at no charge They ran into a problem because their service department was not equipped to handle luxury cars and said that they probably should’ve sent it to Acura. They drove my car to Acura, Acura re-changed the strut on it. The car was delivered back to me ,when car was delivered back to me. Key fob was no longer unlocking the door they recheck that and it started working again now a few days later I’m hearing a clump noise when turning right or left from the side the repair was done and they’re insisting that nothing was done on their part in error to cause this stating they didn’t hear it well I know I’m not making this up and I’m really sick and tired of dealing with Walker the manager’s name is David Robinson beware of him. I know they’re upset of all the money they’re out and don’t feel like they should be responsible for anything else, but you’re selling a used car to a longtime customer who has bought multiple cars or anybody buying cars from Walker should be getting a quality vehicle. I instructed him since they do not want to go any further checking the car I will be reaching out to my attorney to speak with them buyer beware service department is crap at Walker Toyota. A sad shame that Walker is trying to capitalize in Alexandria and service department and service team is crap. They leave you holding the bag on damages on your car after they’ve worked on it. How is that fair? I bought a car in good faith that I was getting a quality car and I have kept all my servicing done and maintenance is done on this car through them. What a waste of my money and my time I will never buy another car from Walker on any lot at this point and if you are reading this, you should be aware of what you’re buying from them too

  Let’s just start From the beginning. I walked in for an “information appointment” just to see what I would need so that I could prepare to come back and walk out with a vehicle. My anxiety was through the roof and I had no confidence in being able To get a vehicle. I was greeted by Mrs. Amber To talk numbers to see exactly what I would need. I could tell her wheels were turning because she brought me straight to Mr. Donald. AND LET ME JUST SAY, this guy has ALL THE CONFIDENCE!!! After I explained my financial situation as to why I knew at that moment, I couldn’t leave with a vehicle. He stopped me right in my tracks. He showed me a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Completely out of my league or so I thought. He played with the numbers and did a little of this and that and sure enough I was able to drive off in this car, that I thought I could never in this lifetime be able to have!!! When he says he can best believe he will!! DO NOT DOUBT HIM WHATSOEVER! He truly made the impossible POSSIBLE for my family and I! If you are even remotely worried you can’t, JUST GO SEE HIM! He doesn’t try to make it happen HE DOES MAKE IT HAPPEN! The environment is so welcoming and everyone welcomes you with open arms WITHOUT JUDGEMENT! They truly make you feel part of a family! Just go, GO GO GO!!!
