  Seth, the managers, and Gage were all wonderful as I bought my Grand Highlander. Everyone was so knowledgeable. They worked with me. They worked hard for me. They worked hard to get me into my new car. I cannot say enough nice things about them. I highly recommend getting to Toyota and asking for Seth when it’s time for an upgrade!

  I had the most incredible experience recently at Walker Toyota buying my new car. Daniel Barron was tremendous with helping me find the perfect vehicle. I also greatly appreciate Chad Sweat for diligently searching for the exact car that I wanted that happened to be at another dealership. I would recommend them time and time again.

  This experience I had with Mindy Richard @ Walker Toyota is the best experience I’ve ever had buying a car. I won’t say that she is just a salesperson because SHE IS NOT the average! I told my brother I was looking for a new car. He had met Mindy at another dealership and didn’t find what he wanted, however, she kept his contact information and when she had something she thought he would be interested in, she called him. She had moved to Walker Toyota where the inventory is massive on both new and used cars! So… he kept her contact information. A month later when I mentioned to him I was looking to buy, he put me in touch with her. He said “Sister, she’s going to take care of you.. call her”. Well, I took his advice and called Mindy. Introduced myself to her and was in her office within 45 minutes seriously searching for a car to buy. From the minute I got on the lot, Mindy was waiting on me. (You know you don’t like being rushed by someone when you get on those lots) She calmed my nerves immediately. Before showing me anything, she made sure of what I was able to get instead of me reaching for the sky and ending with a raindrop. So..credit was ran and off to the races. She pulled all of the cars that were in my price range and I found exactly what I had been searching for at other lots. The car had just been traded in and was in the process of being detailed. We started our paperwork and within a few minutes my brother comes in and has found a car on the lot that he is crazy about. I don’t know how she did it but, within a few hours, we both come out of Walker Toyota in our cars. Mindy even took the time to scrub on the seats herself. Never once did I wonder, what’s going on, where we were at with the loan process or how much longer it would be. She kept me informed, kept my brother informed and kept it together. All while being beautiful!! She is amazing. She is a go-getter. She is confident in Walker and the team at Walker. She will work for you and go 2 extra miles for you. Whenever I get ready to buy another car, I will call Mindy again. If you are looking for a car to buy, call Mindy. She will get you what you are looking for or help you find it! I give Walker a 5 star rating because my experience was like no other I’ve ever had!!

  Communication is a big problem at walker Toyota. Every employee's(from sales to service) phone is set to do not disturb. When you leave a voice mail, do not expect a return call. I had a total loss and needed paperwork from the dealership for the GAP. 2 weeks of calling and going up there twice just for the GM Chad Sweat to give me the wrong paperwork. Yesterday when I still didn't have the correct paperwork (3 times in 3 weeks) I asked who was the supervisor over Chad. Rhonda replied with he isn't in his office. That's not what I asked. Finally got ahold of Grant Flalick. Who proceeded to tell me that all of the information I needed was located in the glove box of the car. At which point I informed grant, that it was a total loss and then I have no idea where the car is at that point in time. I told him the last thing on my mind after a horrible accident, which I flipped and rolled the car multiple times and landed upside down, that the paperwork in the glove box was the least of my worries. Grant informed me that he was going to email me the paperwork that I needed. I did receive the email. However it would not open. So I had to go up there to the dealership for a third time. When I pulled into the parking lot, I called and asked if grant was in his office. She replied with no. I've been asked her if chad was in his office. She then replied again no to which I said, that's funny because i'm sitting in the parking lot, looking at chad through the window Sitting in his office. When I walked in, I asked for grant. Grant was nowhere to be found. So I was directed to chad sweat's office. Upon seeing me, he looked at me and said, "not you again." I know I am not the first person to need to Documents to do a gap claim. I was treated like an inconvenience.

  If you’re looking for a Toyota, or any vehicle, Daniel Barron at Walker Toyota in Alexandria will provide an excellent experience for you. He helped me find a great match for my wants and needs in a vehicle. Daniel was patient and not pushy at all. He found the perfect car for me and kept me updated on the status of the car’s arrival date.
