- CNColten Niklaus1 day ago5.0Went to the service department and had the privilege of working with Josh. Answered all my questions with exceptional patience and customer service.
- SESuzanne Edwards2 days ago1.0I would not recommend this dealership to ANYONE!!!!! Over 5 hours for an oil change!!!! NO ONE there knows what they are doing!!! I had brake fluid changed there and the tech did not tighten the brake lines!!! Almost caused a wreck on I49!!!! If you're looking for a great Toyota dealership I suggest you try Lake Charles Toyota!!! EXCELLENT DEALERSHIP!!! I purchased my vehicle through Lake Charles Toyota and would use them for simple things like oil change or tire rotation.
- DDDebbie Difulco3 days ago1.0Took 3 hours to do a simple oil change and tire rotation. And they did not check things I requested them to check.
- MOMonique Oliphant3 days ago5.0Joshua Street was my service advisor and I must admit he was an absolute delight. Friendly and responsive. I enjoyed how pleasant he was. It was a delight for me that Joshua was so kind I appreciate that type of customer service. Walker Toyota Joshua Street is a keeper!😊
