    Service Department at Walker is excellent. They inspect the whole vehicle and then solve the issue the first time if you live in Central Louisiana and own a Mercedes-Benz this is the only shop you need to get it done Right the first time, Mr. Ron and Mr Josh will handle everything for you with no worries my two Mercedes-Benz 2015 and 2019 runs like New because of them

    Fantastic staff, Fantastic interactions with the staff, Fantastic service (with a 'smile', of course)!! I'm really glad that I drove the extra distance to have my car serviced by Walker BMW in Alexandria, La. I will definitely be going back to them for my next BMW service needs! Thanks, Guys!!!

    While their quality of work is top notch, it appears that they have forgotten the concept of "value added" in taking care of people, great assessments on work to be done, but zero on initiative if there is anything to be done if it costs time or money...even a minute of time. This is Lean manufacturing at its finest, and while exceptionally "efficient" does not inspire loyalty with the clients for after market / after warranty service. Labor costs and parts markup are exceptionally high compared to non dealerships. Quality is not questioned, but do not forget the "little guys" that made you big. Value added has long term and far reaching benefits.

    A big shoutout to Walker not everywhere you go you have the experience to meet people like Anthony. We had on of the best experiences we have been on many dealerships and we can’t say the same. He came introduce himself to us with a big smile! He treated us with respect and right at point of our needs in our look out for a car! Making sure every single detail was perfect and on point of our needs! Showing us an explaining us every detail! Showing all his professionalism on and love and passion for what he does! Introducing us the best option recently lost my GLS 450 4matic if you had one of those before you know what I’m talking about what I was missing. He introduced us the BMW X7 series wich we fall in love with! If you’re looking for a new car let me tell you he’s the one! Ask for Anthony Wood he’s the best! Thank you Anthony we appreciate you!
