  I had a wonderful experience with Walker Kia! From start to finish, everyone was extremely friendly, helpful, and made the entire car-buying process easy and stress-free. Brandon Major and Mrs Sissy worked with me and got me a great deal on my new car, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase! It’s hard to find a dealership where you truly feel like they care about their customers, but Walker Kia definitely made me feel that way. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle.   Ms. April was very professional, fast, and even spiritual throughout the entire process. From the moment I contacted her, I never had to second-guess anything about the car. She was very helpful, answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision. I got my car within just two days of talking to her, and she even brought it to my job. She made the entire experience smooth, quick, stress-free, and truly special. I’m very grateful for how professional, caring, and genuine she was.

  ***UPDATE*** 7DAYS POST SALE UPDATE.: Kayla Wiley has GHOSTED ME!!!! I have called and texted pertaining to the jack that was missing from the new Kia i purchased. Kayla assured me she would Fedx it to me last Tuesday. . I can’t get even a call back or a reply via text. The finance dept overcharged me $300 for some bs that I refused to purchase but I had already had cashiers check made out. So they were supposed to mail me the overpayment of $300. I have not received overpayment reimbursement. Kayla has refused to reply to that as well. So having this new post sale treatment I no longer recommend Walker Kia. I will return to ALL STAR KIA EAST ON JUBAN ROAD IN BATON ROUGE. THEY CALL ME BACK AND FOLLLOW THROUGH WITH THEIR COMMITMENTS. Customer retention is simple simply by doing what you say and returning phone call texts after making commitments. A long term successful sales associate will learn It’s much easier to return a call and follow through on your commitments rather than find a new customer after each sale. I know I would have purchased another vehicle from her and I would have definitely sent her more sale leads from my friends and family. That was before she lost my confidence and chose to ghost me and ignore her commitments that are digitally archived. Such a shame! Don’t worry Kayla, I don’t beg. Keep the jack you said was in your office that you were sending to send to me. I now realize It’s to much effort for you to call Fedx for a pick up. As far as the $300 overpayment. I will call f&I , title clerk, and or new car manager to resolve that myself. *** This was my originalpost ⬇️ Walker Kia is the best Kia dealership in Louisiana. I have purchased several Kia vehicles . Walker Kia dealership tops them all. They are true to their word. Ms. Kayla Wiley made everything so easy. She sold me my second Kia sportage. She made the the entire process so fast and easy. She made sure all my questions were answered and she never pressured me to purchase. This sale was so fast and smooth. The entire process start to finish was within a single hour. She got me a great price too. I know her price was great because I had shopped In Baton Rouge and Lafayette before I went to walker kia . This was my best vehicle purchase experience ever. Not to mention they gave me a fantastic deal. I couldn’t be happier. If you want the most honest and knowledgeable sales representative ask for Kayla Wiley. She’s such a pleasure to work with.. She’s punctual, honest and really helpful to make sure my vehicle needs were fulfilled. The entire team was fantastic at Walker Kia. I’m certain I will buy from Kayla at Walked Kia again in the future.
