- AMAiden Mathews1 day ago1.0Dropped my car off today for a price check on a valve cover gasket replacement, AC compressor, and a instrument panel for my drivers seat. Now Im stuck paying 530 dollars for a valve cover gasket replacement because when I got the price check for it I said okay. I didn’t realize that okay means to go ahead and do the replacement and make me pay 530 dollars when I already specified that I only wanted a price check. There shouldn’t be any miscommunication or assumptions when it comes to a price tag like that. I’m a college student and can barely afford to even get my car back now. If I could leave a 0 star I would.
