  I just had my first service experience at Walker GMC. All dealerships need to listen up. You need to model your service departments after Walker's service department. They understand service and support. I was treated like a VIP, even though it was my first visit. From the streamlined check in process, to my personalized service advisor, Bobby, to the excellent shuttle service from Byron, all the way to the checkout process with Alyssa, Barrissa, and Brielle, I was treated with friendly, efficient, excellent service. I own another vehicle that is not a GMC, but I will be bringing it to Walker from now on. What an excellent team!

  Huge attitude problem when I didn’t want the truck with a ridiculous Interest rate they told me I wouldn’t find a better interest rate went to Toyota. Literally got the interest rate cut in half.

  Blocking the road and doing nothing about and leaving people having to unsafely go around or find a way to get out of the line is so unsafe. The road is not for your line, and for you to do nothing about it is unprofessional. I had to drive off the road with a baby in the car because your line was blocking the road and made me run late to daycare. Fix this before a car wreck happens.

  My wife’s GMC Yukon had an engine issue. We brought it in and Walkers service advisor Chris Wright took immediate care of us. He provided us a take home and called us every day with an update on the progress of our vehicle. We highly recommend Walker GMC’s customer service. Thank you again Chris for all of your help!
