Service department sucks!!!! The service advisor Derek J. is fantastic but to have to wait 2.5 hrs for an oil change when you had an appointment is absolutely ridiculous. Very hard to get an appointment as well when you have issues with their vehicles! 2nd time tire cap has been missing after tire rotation as well. They are not cheap to keep replacing. Placed a call to service manager, will update when I see how it is handled.

The diagnostic service was highly unsatisfactory, and no accurate delivery date was provided. After more than four weeks, the actual problem remained undiagnosed. Ultimately, I had to identify the issue myself so that the repair could be completed. Problem - Starter motor failure

Worst sales department i have ever dealt with especially the sales manager. Went to a different dealer and it was great. They did try to force their BS window engraving which is a joke. Also got a hell of a better deal at this other dealer. Would name it but google would void my comment.

I want to give a huge thank-you to Mr. Anthony Pollard! He was incredibly patient, understanding, and helpful throughout my car-buying experience. Even when I changed my mind at the very last minute and decided I wanted a different vehicle, Mr. Pollard never made me feel pressured or frustrated. He went above and beyond by personally driving me to their sister dealership on Coliseum Boulevard and making sure I was taken care of before leaving me in the very capable hands of Miss April Clark. That meant so much to me because he could have easily just sent me on my way, but instead, he made sure I was in good hands. I truly appreciate Mr. Pollard's patience, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile for me. He helped make my first car-buying experience so much easier and more comfortable. Thank you so much, Mr. Pollard, for everything you did for me! I genuinely appreciate you! ❤️⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
