  I have a long standing customer for several years, having been referred by a neighbor. I have been puzzled at the ongoing change of employees, having meet two from out of town having to stay without accommodations provided by the Corporation. however i always receive the best service and professional treatment, thus my continuing to return to this location. Please thank and acknowledge the service men, i had the pleasure of doing business with today. Mr. Mathew Guilot and Mr. Nader for their dedication to customer satisfaction.

  I knew I needed a new battery. 6 yrs old. Charged me 400. Battery was under 200. Charged me for an alternator test, mechanics fee, labor, battery service. Charge a fee for Visa card. This is ridiculous. Battery was 168. Skip this go to autozone or oreilly and save over $200.

  I had blown a front tire the previous day, brought it in without an appointment. Dude at the front named Matthew was extremely professional and polite, got right down to getting me new front tires, didn't waste my time trying to upsell me bullshit I didn't need, they had the job done in about 45 minutes no problem, and they didnt charge me an arm and a leg. They even put my spare back in my trunk with the tools for me. I mention all this because I had a similar job done on my reqr tires last year, took it over to Firestone, they charged twice as much, took twice as long, didnt even have the inventory their website said they had. I wish other shops worked like this one here did

  I had a very disappointing experience at this tire shop today. This was my first time there, and unfortunately, the customer service was extremely poor from the moment I arrived. I had a 9:00 AM appointment that my husband scheduled last week, and my tires had already been delivered to the shop yesterday. When I arrived, I parked in front of the bay because there was no available parking, and that is how many tire shops have you pull in for an appointment. Instead of simply directing me where they wanted me to park, I was immediately greeted with an attitude. To make matters worse, they were unable to locate my appointment. I was also laughed at because I didn’t know my tire size, even though the tires had already been delivered to their shop and they could easily verify the size. The eye-rolling and attitude when I asked them to check it made an already uncomfortable situation even worse. I was honestly almost in tears and wanted to leave. Customers should not be made to feel embarrassed or unwelcome, especially when they are there for a scheduled appointment. Unfortunately, this experience has completely changed my opinion of this business, and I will be sharing my experience with others. Customer service matters, and there was absolutely no reason I should have been treated the way I was today.

  Recently, I had new front shocks installed on my car. The shocks themselves are great; however, even though I also paid for an alignment, the car is still pulling to the right. I returned to the shop to have the issue corrected and was told that the alignment was still under warranty. I was asked to wait in town for approximately 40 minutes and was told they would call me when they were ready to bring the car back in. That was yesterday morning, and I never received a call or any follow-up. I understand that shops can get busy, but being told I would receive a call and then never hearing back was disappointing, especially after I had already paid to have the alignment done. I’m not pleased with the lack of communication or follow-through and would appreciate having the issue properly resolved.
