  Safelite in Alexandria La. Is the place to go for your windshield needs and for recalibration. My two experiences with this company was awesome. Wife and I was heading out on a trip and had a rock hit our windshield, pulled in there with no appointment and they worked us right on in, all covered through our insurance. Needed a windshield replacement on my jeep and this company drove 50 miles to handle the job. Very professional company. Will definitely be using them in the future.

  Overall, I had a very good experience with Safelite. I initially scheduled online as self-pay, but when I saw the final cost was over $400, I decided to use my insurance instead. Unfortunately, the website was not very user-friendly and did not provide an easy way to cancel or modify my order. I had to work my way through the automated chat before finally reaching a live representative. Once I reached a representative, though, the service was excellent. She reversed my original transaction, refunded my payment, helped me process the glass claim through my insurance, and scheduled my mobile appointment. The technician who came to my home was friendly, professional, and efficient. He got right to work and had everything replaced and working properly before I knew it. I would definitely recommend Safelite based on the service I received. My only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the website and process for changing or canceling an order could be much more user-friendly.

  The glass technician was professional and on time. He was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Overall he did an excellent job replacing my truck's windshield. I highly recommend Safelite!
