- DBDaryl Brown4 days ago1.0This review is regarding the Penske truck rental service offered through this location. The owners of this location were very friendly and our issue is with the actual Penske company about the condition of THEIR moving truck. We rented a Penske truck from this facility for an out-of-state move in late May 2026. The truck leaked the first night after we picked it up and loaded a lot of our boxes and furniture, damaging multiple boxes/items. When we contacted Penske they told us they could not get us another truck the same size as the one we had so I had to pay for supplies and fix the leak myself. After fixing the leak we had to unpack the entire truck we had just loaded, unbox the ruined boxes and repack everything into brand new boxes we had to go purchase since the water leak damaged all boxes that had been put in there up to that point. The truck violently pulled to the right the entire 16- hour trip while driving, causing significant delays. We attempted to resolve the issue through the proper Penske channels but have not received an adequate response nor any attempt to make this experience right. Not only did we pay for a truck that I had to pay to repair myself, we had to pay for a whole new set of moving supplies because of the water damage and spend time unpacking only to repack everything in boxes that weren't ruined, the whole experience was awful and we only picked Penske because we were told their reputation was much better than other moving truck companies, WRONG!!!!
