- BBBo Balcavage6 days ago5.0The Alexandria Airport National Car Rental has really improved over the 7 years I’ve been coming there. Cars are cleaned and filled consistently, the desk folks are cheerful and easy to work with. As I look at the other car counters - I’m glad I chose National.

Cost me $105 for a cab and cause me to missed my meeting that morning with military peesonnel evaluating our technology. When I explained what happened the next day to the young man onsite he uncomfortably laughed and simply said, "Okay..." as he handed me the keys. Clearly customer service isn't their strong suit. Do yourself a favor and go with Avis.
