*********AVOID AT ALL COSTS********* Myself along with 2 others in my group showed up, all with rentals that were made over a week in advance. They had none. NONE. Zero help, no suggestions. The front desk said good luck and they had a number to a taxi. Many others had no cars available also (over 5). Keep in mind there is one other option for rentals (Budget) and after booking online and waiting in a line they told me they do not accept same day rentals. So my group had no rentals and had to uber to a hotel until we could get a rental from out in town. We lost a full day of travel and missed an event because National cannot plan accordingly. *********AVOID AT ALL COSTS*********

If the car doesn't have an actual spare do not take it, make sure to always choose cars with spare tires. Because if you get a flat you will be left stranded on the side of the road for days if you don't have someone to come and pick you up. Nationals roadside assistance is the worst.
