  When I picked the car up it was filthy and had no windshield wiper fluid. Then on the last day of my reservation on my way home they called to tell me that I had to turn the car in at 5:30 not 6:00 despite the fact that I had received SEVERAL texts and confirmations that said 6:00. And when I asked about this the staff just had excuses about technology and he even offered the excuse that you can order door dash from a closed restaurant. Despite the fact that door dash is a third party app and I booked directly through Enterprise! It's not about the fact that it's only 30 minutes. I was rushed on my way home from vacation so that the staff didn't have to check my rental in at 6:00. Changing a customers reservation LAST MINUTE is unacceptable! If 6:00 isn't an option take it off of the website. The man kept repeating excuses about technology but it's Enterprises website so Enterprise should be able to fix this is 6:00 isn't a drop off option.

  The customer service at the Alexandria Louisiana location on MacArthur Drive is absolutely and totally exceptional. I’ve been in customer service for over 30 years and the customer service that this Enterprise offers is priceless! Because of their customer service you guys have a Customer for life. Thank you so much to everyone at that location. They all need a raise. I was renting at another company, but due to the exceptional customer service I will be returning to Enterprise every time I rent and that’s at least once a month! Thank you so much for having amazing employees, when I get their names I will come back and put their names in the review. That’s just how amazing they are. They Deserve for people to know who they are!

  Picked up car in Louisiana as into which they didn't document everything until I started asking questions and doing an inspection of my own. Dropped off in Colorado Springs Colorado as in to where I was treated like a liar even though I told them everything should have been documented, wasn't getting deposit back until I pulled out the pics of my own pickup inspection. Car was fine customer care not so much. Please people do your own pics and inspections. Pick up location MacArthur dr Alexandria,la Drop off location knob hill Colorado Springs Colorado

  I have to say this, it was a pleasure being helped by Peyton today. He's definitely my kind of guy. Even though he was short staffed, he handled the room with ease. I love it when you explain what your doing and why, so while doing it!!!! Hats off to this young man and the staff for getting it done 6/24/2026

  One of the most terrible enterprise rent a car I have ever used. Location is run down. Cars should be sent to the junkyard for the condition they are in. Employees will make excuses and not accept accountability. I never have used this location until recently and will never return. Cars are filthy see attached pictures. They smell like cigarettes and marijuana. Horrible horrible horrible.
