- DSDiamond SullivanAug 17, 20261.0Dylan Baldwin, approach you just run!Dylan Baldwin’s approach and customer service were extremely disappointing and disrespectful just TRASH honestly. In my experience, he was rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful, and he lacked the knowledge I expected of someone in his position. I also had interactions that I personally felt were discriminatory, which made the experience even more concerning. Dylan is also racist. On the other hand, Josh has consistently been one of the most respectful and professional representatives at this location. If you need assistance, I recommend asking for Josh. I’ve also had much better experiences at other locations.Kerri in Marksville has been great to work with, and Jamie in Shreveport is phenomenal—professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. Unfortunately, based on my experience with Dylan, I would not recommend dealing with him. I strongly suggest requesting another representative. Dylan sadly has Enterprise involved in litigation due to his unethical behavior. I recommend not going to the location in Alexandria ,Timothy his best friend works at MacArthur and also participates and agrees with this unprofessional behavior Dylan participate in. I say go to Marksville they are phenomenal and go above and beyond.

I wouldn’t trade them to for no other agent They’re easy to talk to always professional and when you walk in the door, they know your name that’s a huge place for me. I can’t leave it out the two that that cleans out the cars and truck. They are professional as well.
