- LTLeeAnn Tackitt1 day ago2.0Well, my last experience a few years ago was good but 2.5 hrs for a tire rotation not doing it again!! I had an appt but they had another customer take precedence so they made one person happy. If I had walked in I get it but they also have no idea I've been an ongoing customer for 15 yrs with Tire Discounter. From IL to KY under different last names but as with alot of places anymore your longevity means absolutely nothing! All I got was an apology and offer to reschedule...no "hey looks like you didn't get that free oil change we offered you with your last purchase, can we get that done for you because you waited and it's our fault??!!". I was off work and spent my entire afternoon sitting there for a 20 min job 😒🤬

- LKLynnette KarnesJun 30, 20265.0I have to give the service and the guys from tire discounters here in Winchester an A+ plus rating. You all are awesome, Chris The manager is an amazing, and knowledgeable guy, but everyone there is so friendly and knows their stuff. I had purchased a car from Carvana and definitely had some mechanical issues cause there was oil that spur it all over the engine. These guys took a look at it gave me their honest opinion, saying you know you don't know what all that oil has affected as far as other components of the engine the belts, did return the car was glad I did so got the new Carvana car And there was a nail in one of the tires, and a squeak in the brakes they did a diagnostic, dealt with Carvana's insurance and got me in and out of there quickly with all my concerns taken care of. They are my guys moving forward.

- KKKvRJun 17, 20261.0Y’all think this is too many tire weights? I guess it’s a good thing you put 60. Sixty. Weights on this one tire. Otherwise I wouldn’t have felt how bad it was and pulled it off to see that they were carving into my caliper. Never see this many weights on a single wheel. Double stacked. If you couldn’t balance the tire why make it so bad that it was damaging something else?
