They would not take the money off of my bill and told me Lexus did not make the part anymore. I called a Lexus dealership and got a quote on them and confirmed they were in stock. They still did not want to buy them for me. I eventually talked to the regional manager. He told me he would get them delivered to the store and call me when they got there. I had to call them multiple times until eventually they got me one center cap in March. They are now saying they only broke one center cap. When I brought my car in all four center caps were on my wheels. When I got my car back three of them were broke and could not be put back on the wheel. I will never do business with tire discounters again and cannot recommend them as they will do everything they can to not have to pay for their mistakes.

No one ever communicated any progress or reason for such a delay. I spoke with the gentleman behind the desk and shared my disgust for the lack of communication as well as the amount of time it took. Unfortunately, based on his input, this is standard for any appointment you make. He even used an example of going to the doctor to justify how long it took. Do better, communicate!
