I took my car into the shop the first time and it sad for 2 days and was never touched. They told me that they had ordered parts and never conveyed that to me, while my car was sitting in their lot. I took the car home made another appointment and was told the work would be done by 4:00 p.m. I received a call, while at work, that more work needed to be done. The first work order was $2,500 and they wanted to do another $1200 worth of work which I told them not to do. When I arrived at 4:00 the work was not done. They said they needed another part, received the wrong part, and had to wait for another part and this is after my car sat there for 2 days waiting for parts. When I checked out they were going to charge me the additional $1,200 for work that I did not get or want. This was not a good experience after paying $2500 for service.

Would like to personally shout out Willie for being so kind, helpful and respectful to my situation. Needed a tire repair and scheduled an appt online. He was completely transparent, upfront and honest the minute I walked through the door about the amount of time it would take to be completed and it was going to be longer than just a quick appt time. At this point I already had the spare on my car. We decided I’d leave the tire that needs repaired with them and would go to work. Before I left though, he checked the spare tire to ensure safety and filled it with air. When tire was completed and I came to pick up, I requested that they put the tire on for me since I didn’t have proper tools at home to be sure it was installed correctly and tightened. They stayed after hours as a courtesy and that meant the world to me. Everyone here is hardworking and honest. They’ve definitely gained a loyal customer and I really appreciate them all.

Terrible customer service every time I go in this location. Have given multiple chances over different times because I genuinely believed their excuses, but not anymore. What is the point of scheduling an appointment for a simple tire balancing if the guy up front is going to tell you that it’s going to take all day and you should just drop it off? If you are that short on people don’t accept so many appointments or walk in’s! Not to even point out that I should not even have to be coming back for this issue after getting new tires from you guys this week. The list goes on and on. The tire discounters in Florence of 42 is 100 times better than this location.

I cannot say enough good things about the team at Tire Discounters in Walton.
Today started as a stressful day when our truck broke down about 30 miles from home due to a failed alternator. After calling several places, I spoke with Tony. What stood out to me immediately was that before asking about the vehicle or the repair, his first question was whether we were safe and okay. That simple act of kindness meant so much in the middle of a frustrating situation.
We ended up having the truck towed there, and despite being busy, they found a way to squeeze us in and get us back on the road the very same day. The communication was excellent, and everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about helping us.
A special thank you to Palmer for getting the repair completed so quickly and to Willie for taking great care of us when we came back to pick up the truck. Every person we encountered treated us with kindness and respect.
In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, this team absolutely exceeded our expectations. What could have been a terrible day turned into a reminder that there are still genuinely good people who care about their customers.
We are incredibly thankful for Tony, Willie, Palmer, and the entire Tire Discounters team. You turned a stressful situation into a positive experience, and we won’t forget it. Thank you for getting us safely back on the road!

Ordered 6 new tires on a Friday 3 weeks past at the Walton KY location and was told to drop the truck off Saturday morning for mounting, alignment and 6 new tps sensors. Called Saturday afternoon and was told the tires never shipped but they would have the truck done Monday morning. Called Monday morning and was told that they were having issues with the tps sensors but shouldn't take long. To make a long story short. The truck wasn't done until 7:30 pm. When I picked the truck up I noticed that the tpm sensors still didn't work. They told me to drive it and they will auto program. By this time it was dark, and no one seemed interested in working through this with me. The next day when I looked at the tires I noticed that 5 of the 6 valve caps were missing. This lead to further examination, only to find that all the wheels were scratched. One of the largest scratches was covered up with black permanent sharpie.
I immediately took the truck to the Tire Discounters in DryRidge KY for assistance. They went above and beyond trying to help to resolving the issue. Their tech asked if I new that the 2 front tire were at 82 psi and the back 4 were 30 psi or less. He also said that the rear inner wheels weren't ligned up properly to access the inner wheel valve stems. They was able to program the tps sensors on site unlike Walton TD. They told me to contact the district manager Tonya and file a complaint. This is the 3rd week of trying to reach Tonya or any manager with no reply. I was told by a Walton employee that the Walton location reviewed the cameras and there was evidence of damage to the wheels. I had to remove the rear outer wheels to properly align them with the inner valve stems only to find that 80% of the lung nuts were not torqued.
