I was waiting with my car because I had places to go after. It almost 2.5 hours later my car finally get pulled in after asking how much longer is it going to be. This is not the first or 2nd time I have had issues with this place. Im sitting in the waiting room as I write this. Only came because of the free oil change. So I will be going around the road to the other place or dealer for everything else. About the same price anyways.

My appointment was made on the Monday for Saturday prior to his three appointments which were made on the Friday all of which were 8am to be done on Saturday morning. I settled to get one vehicle done and was not happy. You need to inform your people not to overbook appointments
