- DKDonna KaelinJun 19, 20262.0We stopped here in Walton Ky to get gas and grab a sub sandwich in the Subway inside. We paid for our gas at the pump with a card. A few hours later we noticed there was an additional $226 charge within 2 minutes of our gas purchase. I called the station and the very nice attendant told me that for some reason the company does this as a “hold” on the gas purchased. What in the world? And why so much??? I’ve never heard of this practice before and it’s ridiculous. She said the extra charge should come off within 24 hrs or so. We won’t be going here again.
