We coasted into the parking lot with a dead battery and literally had to unload our whole car as we were driving up from Florida. He helped us get the battery out and charged. I decided to call autozone and cruz trisha and bryson really helped me out i was lost had no idea what i was going to do but they all fixed up and got me back on the road im from detroit 4 hours away great group they deserve a raise!!!

But AutoZone should do a better job at hiring managers who treat customers very rudely.

The manager Tricia was the AutoZone employee assisting me and was shockingly unprofessional calling me rude names and even threatening to call the police. The situation only de-escalated when another employee I believe his name was Gage stepped in separated the argument and actually helped me resolve the issue. He was respectful calm and far more qualified to handle the situation. If I were the company I would seriously reconsider who is in charge because Gage demonstrated the kind of professionalism a manager should have.
