  When Take 5 is actually open it’s great. We’ve had an annual subscription for years and they are closed for ‘’maintenance” multiple days at a time. How can you keep a business open when it’s closed for paying customers? Closing once every few months is acceptable, but closing for the past 4 days is not. Zero stars for management.

  I had a really disappointing experience at Take 5 Car Wash. One of the employees—tall, country-looking—was extremely rude and unprofessional. His attitude toward customers was disrespectful, and it made the whole visit uncomfortable. Customer service should be a priority, but that was clearly not the case here. I expect better behavior and professionalism from employees, especially when representing a business. I won’t be returning unless there are serious improvements in how staff treat customers.

  Attempted to use the Versailles, Kentucky, facility on five separate occasions recently. Each time, I was unable to wash my vehicle because the site was either closed during posted operating hours or the equipment was non-functional. The entry liftgate system always malfunctions, creating a bottleneck for entry. The wash equipment is always going down resulting in a long wait or you just have to leave. The ongoing lack of upkeep at this location as really went downhill since they sold out to another company. I value the convenience Take 5 but the current operational state of the Versailles site is bad.

  I like this place. I took our company pool car there to clean it up. It's been parked at our plant in Bardstown for a while. The white color had a great deal of the black bourbon mold all over it. They actually washed it twice for us. Still not 100% clean but much better. And the free vacuum and cleaning supplies are awesome.
