  First time and last time in this car wash. The front end and rear end didn't get touched. I had to get a micro towel and water to clean it. I've ran a couple car washes and we always had someone brush the front and back, but not here. Used a brush on the windshield. 😡😡😡

  Worst car wash ever. Closed for maintenance a lot. I’ve been paying for my memo for almost 2 years, but don’t like to use the actual car wash. I just like to use the vacuum, because in December when I used the car wash some idiot was being super rough with the brush the use before going through the actual car wash and broke my door handle. Of course they didn’t take accountability for it. So now when I go to use the vacuum only, I get harassed about if I have a membership. Yes, I have a membership and should not be asked 21 questions every time I want to vacuum out my car.

  When Take 5 is actually open it’s great. We’ve had an annual subscription for years and they are closed for ‘’maintenance” multiple days at a time. How can you keep a business open when it’s closed for paying customers? Closing once every few months is acceptable, but closing for the past 4 days is not. Zero stars for management.

  I had a really disappointing experience at Take 5 Car Wash. One of the employees—tall, country-looking—was extremely rude and unprofessional. His attitude toward customers was disrespectful, and it made the whole visit uncomfortable. Customer service should be a priority, but that was clearly not the case here. I expect better behavior and professionalism from employees, especially when representing a business. I won’t be returning unless there are serious improvements in how staff treat customers.
