- PPpaulJun 25, 20261.0Went in to use the 59.95 coupon for an oil change and tire rotation that was in the Woodford Sun. I got hoodwinked. Girl at the counter said it would be $99 since I needed full synthetic and the ad only allowed for a blend. That was with her "discount" I said ok. They charged me $128 which they said was for 5 qts of full synthetic at 19.99 a quart! That is ridiculous. The oil change took 2 hours to complete! They never informed us of any problems but after inquiring we were told that a stud had broken during the tire rotation and they had to order a part. The "discount" was only charging me 14.00 to change the oil filter Instead of the standard charge of 34.00, so she "saved" me 20 bucks, her words. Horrible customer service. Did not inform us of delay or the ridiculous cost of the oil. I wouldn't go back here if it was the last place on earth!

When I went to pick up my truck, there was a card from Kaitlyn thanking me for the opportunity to work on my truck. In my 50 years of taking my vehicle in for repairs this is a first.

Stay informed me that they're not capable of rotating tires because my factory luggage nuts are swollen. I'm sure they might be, but you think a ford place could fix a ford truck. I don't think they wanted to hassle with a twenty dollar tire rotation. Oh I forgot to mention they quoted me $700 for new lug nuts. Guess we won't go back there
