I told him I thought the squealing was maybe a belt and pulley, and he jumped right on it with no bs. I also just want to add, that as a short little blonde woman I have been taken advantage of by many mechanic shops in the past or spoken to like I’m ignorant. Absolutely none of that happened here. I’ve even had mechanics make fun of my choice of car and Steve actually complimented my car which meant more to me than he realized.

- CLCher LongDec 29, 20255.0I stopped by the shop to see about having someone look at my Jeep Cherokee on 12/26 since the bay door was open. However, they had closed at noon that day. But Evan, who was there working on his own vehicle with his grandfather, asked me what I needed and proceeded to see what codes my Jeep was throwing, talked to me about the best things to do, checked my oil (since Valvoline screwed up the sticker) and was overall just so helpful when he didn't have to be, this was his time. I now have an appointment on the 7th, I do not expect that I will be treated any less than how I was treated by Evan. So far, Pangallo's seems to be my new go to place!
