  I was extremely pleased with the service and knowledge Adam. had. He knew extensively on how the process of insurance worked and the parts / repair process required to get the job done. They replaced the damage parts and made it like it was never in an accident.

  After being wrecked in the front end. suspension alignment was not done correctly and they tried to return it to me not properly aligned. They blamed a leveling kit and they refused to have it fixed properly. I refused the truck called my insurance. My insurance company had it towed over to ford and they were able to properly aligne it really fast. They should have sublet it to ford but they are refusing to foot the bill to finish the job

  Excellent communication, work was completed earlier than estimated, car vehicle was cleaned (I was not expecting that at all!), and the work done was beautiful. I highly recommend!

  I was extremely disappointed with my experience getting an estimate at Gerber Collision. I made an appointment in advance but still waited an extended period of time before meeting with the estimator. When we finally met, I tried to explain the damage to my vehicle and what had happened, but he barely engaged with me or asked questions. When I politely asked how he was doing, his response was, “Terrible. I don’t want to be here.” That unfortunately set the tone for the rest of the interaction. I left the appointment already concerned that the estimate was going to be inaccurate because of how little time was spent actually discussing or reviewing the damage. When he later called to go over the estimate, I tried to ask questions and found him incredibly rude and dismissive. The estimate now indicated an issue with a flat tire, and when I asked when or how that happened—because the tire was not flat when the vehicle left my possession—he could not give me an answer. Most concerning, significant and obvious damage was missed, including a bullet hole through the windshield. I genuinely do not understand how damage like that can be overlooked during a collision estimate. I understand that people have bad days, but when someone is assessing a damaged vehicle and preparing an estimate that a customer and insurance company are relying on, I expect basic professionalism, attention to detail, and a willingness to answer reasonable questions. Unfortunately, I did not feel confident in either the customer service or the accuracy and thoroughness of the estimate I received. Update: After my experience, I read through some of the other reviews and was disappointed to see similar concerns about interactions with Doug going back quite some time. Given that management appears to have been made aware of these concerns previously, that makes my experience even more frustrating. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, because customers dealing with vehicle damage are already in a stressful situation and should be able to expect professionalism, basic courtesy, and confidence that their vehicle has been thoroughly inspected. Update #2: Unfortunately, the communication issues have continued throughout the repair process. I have repeatedly asked specific questions in writing about my vehicle, including the replacement tire, an additional tire issue that arose while the car was at the shop, and the expected completion date. Several of those questions have gone unanswered. Most recently, I specifically stated that I wanted information about the replacement tire. Rather than answering those questions, I received a response stating, “Tire is being shaved to match the others.” I then had to clarify in writing that I had not authorized that yet. Having to repeatedly follow up, clarify instructions, and seek answers to basic questions about repairs to my vehicle has made an already stressful situation unnecessarily frustrating. Update #3: Thank you for responding. Google does not appear to give me the option to reply directly to your response. The repair is under my name. I would be happy to provide the repair order number privately if there is a way to contact you directly, as I would genuinely appreciate someone looking into my experience.
