  Go see Mary at Alton Blakely! She helped me find the car I was looking for. A beautiful 2018 Subaru. Mary and the team made the process easy and stress free. My 2nd time buying from Alton Blakely, and I am so happy with my purchase! All the people there are so friendly and helpful.

  Dropped my truck off for a transmission cooler line leak and my third party warranty didnt cover it and was charged 160 bucks for alton Blakley to look at it and I never signed anything stating i would pay them and they gave me a quote of 1900 bucks to replace them 600 and change for parts I declined and paid them 160 to get my vehicle back and ordered my parts through them got them the next morning and replaced them in under 3 hours so where does the 1300 bucks in labor go to insane ripoff.. I will never go back

  If you ever buy a car from Alton Blakely DO NOT EVER buy any type of warranty because nothing will ever get approved and you are just wasting your time and money. I bought a 2021 Ford Expedition 3 years ago and from day 1 I've had transmission problems. The first claim that was denied was apparently because the car was bought from Canada even though it was made in KY and I didnt even find out the claim was denied until I called the warranty company because it was doing the same thing when i drove it home and I thought they paid them to fix it. Alton Blakely played it off like they did $8,000 worth of work but did nothing. So when I found that out I called Alton Blakely and they replaced the valve body which I appreciate but that didnt fix the problem. Went to trade it in there and they wouldn't take it because of depreciation and because it had "problems". They kept it for 3 weeks and did a thorough inspection and said it was leaking from the transfer case and some gasket dealing with the transmission. They called the warranty company and this time said they will only approve a claim unless its total failure. What's the point of a warranty because most things fail after the warranty expires. The warranty expires in 17 thousand miles and im screwed because I dont have the money to fix something that should have already been fixed before it was even put on the lot to sale. I could understand if something starting failing after I've driven it for awhile but this was an issue since I bought it and it seems to me like they have been trying to band-aid everything and stall until the warranty expires and they are completely free of any responsibility. Plus I dont understand why none of these leaks were detected previously when they first got it on the lot and all the times I took it up there. Im so upset because I bought the vehicle from them for almost $60,000 with a warranty thats useless and now stuck with the vehicle. The only reason I accepted the warranty is because I do not have the money to fix something like that. Once again if you buy a vehicle from them I would recommend getting a mechanic you trust to inspect it and definitely do not buy any type of warranty because your just wasting your money because nothing will ever get approved.
