- CACarol AnneJul 16, 20261.0Devyn, the assistant manager, refused to service my A/C. They blamed it on not being able to access my low port, but it is clearly accessible and serviceable. They also attempted to dissuade me from getting the service saying it was outrageously priced (200$) and would take a minimum of an hour (I had plenty of time). Embarrassing behavior and lack of knowledge from an assistant manager who clearly did not care about their customers.
