I purchased Prime Parking before arriving because I had a load to deliver in this area and knew I would need a safe place to park and get my required rest afterward. There are no other convenient Pilot locations nearby, so I specifically paid in advance to make sure I had a parking spot. When I arrived, the Prime Parking area was full. There were vehicles occupying the paid parking area without visible parking permits/tags. Instead of checking those vehicles, asking unauthorized vehicles to move, or helping me access the parking I had already paid for, the store employees simply told me there was nothing they could do and that I should call customer service for a refund. That completely defeats the purpose of paying for Prime Parking. As a professional driver, my available driving time is limited. I paid for this parking BEFORE arriving specifically so I wouldn’t end up in this situation. Now my available hours are running out, I cannot simply continue driving around looking for another location, and I cannot use the parking space I paid for. If Pilot sells reserved Prime Parking, those spaces should actually be managed and available to paying customers. A refund afterward does not solve the problem when a driver needs a legal and safe place to stop and rest. You pay for a parking space, arrive expecting the service you purchased, and then find yourself unable to park while being told, “Call customer service for a refund.” Extremely disappointing experience and unacceptable management of a paid parking service.

They don’t honor their parking booking reservations, I booked a parking spot early in the afternoon I arrived at midnight and they didn’t save my spot, they only words were that they can give me my money back.

They don't clean the showers very well, and they was gonna try to charge me and my ole man separately and that's not even how it works. They can be rather rude

Pilot in Brooks, Kentucky, right off I-65, is a great place to stop when you’re traveling through the area. The location is very convenient, especially for anyone driving along the interstate and needing a quick break, fuel, food, or supplies. The store was clean and well organized, and I was especially impressed with the bathrooms. They were clean and well maintained, which can make a huge difference when you’re on a long road trip. There’s also a Subway inside, which gives you a convenient option if you’re looking for something more substantial to eat. Overall, this Pilot is a solid travel stop with a convenient location, clean facilities, and plenty of options for travelers. It’s definitely a place I wouldn’t mind stopping at again when I’m passing through Brooks.

Employees more specifically front desk employees are pure lazy one guy cleaning the shower but also having to handle all outside work this is a rather larger pilot and considering at this current moment every shower is empty but hasnt been cleaned in well over an hour is crazy yet the front desk will just look at you and dont even attempt to assist knowing the situation at hand
