  Went to the ken towerys in shepherdsville ky for two new tires. 2 days later and one of them had a huge knot in it. Obvious manufacturer defect or damage while installing. Of course they blame me saying the tire must have hit something to cause the bulge. I inspected the rim and the bulge as well as the whiskers on the tire in the affected area and there were no scuff marks or rim damage to back up their claims. Ripped off over $100! Do not go here and make the same mistake I did.

  I have no complaints with any employee. They were nice. It is the company that sets the prices and the fact your information is not secure. Which has nothing to do with employees. I went to get something diagnosed hoping I was wrong. They did their due diligence. These companys are ridiculous on their prices. What I needed done would have taken maybe an hour and the part the most expensive part isnt but 150 bucks but I can get it for 80 dollars. I was quoted some where around $725.00 I politely declined. But just heads up that companies like these actually put your mileage and repairs in a database thats how the insurance companies and after market extended warranties get their information. No different than the dealerships and even Valvoline companies. Besides all that the employees were very professional. Diagnoses took about 30 mins after getting it in the bay and charged me about 134.00 for Diagnoses.. Thanks for the confirmation of what I figured it was I was just hoping they would told me I was wrong 🤣

  We can’t thank the team at Ken Towery’s enough! While moving our family from Florida to Indiana over the July 4th holiday weekend, we had a tire suffer a belt failure on Sunday. Thankfully, we were able to limp into the shop on the spare, and the team immediately took care of us. They had two new tires installed and had us safely back on the road in about 45 minutes. Considering it was late on a Sunday during a holiday weekend, we were incredibly grateful for the fast, friendly, and professional service. They turned what could have been a major setback into a minor delay and helped us continue our move without missing a beat. A huge thank you to the entire staff for taking such great care of us. We highly recommend them!

  The Call Center was worthless. It took the customer care and direct communication out the window. (Three attempts to speak with a person in the store. Option #3 still did not service the immediate need. It prolongs the business of making money and serving the customers. Their replies , “The manager is not available.”) However, the employees here in the store were amazing and went above and beyond to care with patients and persistence to see that our vehicle needs were serviced with care. For that, we will be back.

  I was traveling home from ATL (Tuesday 6/23/26 6:30 pm), and my low pressure light came on in Chattanooga TN. I stopped to inspect, but decided to push on. I made it to Shepherdsville KY, and saw a Valvoline, but decided to stop at Ken Towery instead. I was greeted by the nicest gentleman (so mad that I didn't get his name). He was working the front desk. He was most gracious, kind, and engaging worker that I have encountered in a long time. I explained to him my issue, and he helped calm my nerves instantly. Please don't ever let this man go! He is definitely a great leader, and being a woman on the highway alone traveling, he was Heavenly sent to me! With all the things going on in the world today, I needed this encounter! He asked for my keys, ask me to give him a few minutes, and he would find out what the issue is with no worries. In less than 5 minutes he had me back on the road home :). I'm so sorry I didn't get his name, but certainly want him recognized! He could be a poster child for training, with his caring spirit! When I'm back in Shepherdsville I will definitely stop in, and Thank him yet again for taking such great care of me, as I did today!! 2017 Black Honda CRV Forever Grateful, YCG
