  I have been using Ken Towery for over 10 years and I have not had a complaint in those years. We have multiple cars in our family and at every service appointment, my car was fixed in a timely fashion, reasonably priced and exceptional customer service.

  Listen up! Oh my goodness this is by far THE BEST OF THE BEST! Ronnie is honest, was great at communicating and trying to help us solve the mystery of our van. When they realized it was above their skill, they were so good at advising where to go, giving us a discount and asking that we let them know the diagnosis is the future. We will always go back and ask for Ronnie!

  They guys were quick and efficient in swapping my new wheels and tires on. However they were careless and scratched one of my original rims when loading them into the back of my truck. They did not tell me and I didn’t notice until I was about to unload them into my garage. I have planned to sell the originals however now the value is lowered because of this. Wheels and tires of this size are not cheap and I was hoping to recover some of my money but now I will recover less. Disappointed in the situation and will probably choose another shop next time one of my vehicles need wheels and or tires.

  Tires weren't in stock but at a local warehouse. Dropped off vehicle. In one and a half hour they got the tires and I was on the road. Excellent. Ty.

  I’ve been going here for years and it has been fine. However, I think they are under new management now. The people I used to recognize are no longer here. Here is my recent experience plain and simple. Do not go here. Something as simple as an oil change could put you at risk of breaking down in the middle of the road. They didn’t even screw on the oil filter housing during an oil change. This resulted in my girlfriend’s car breaking down 45 minutes away from home. Not to mention, greasy hand prints on the paint of the car, bent hub caps from a tire rotation, and mechanics smoking cigarettes in the shop. Possible engine damage, towing costs, and additional maintenance are required all from a simple oil change that was clearly not done thoroughly. This is a stupid mistake that should never happen. If you value your car. DO NOT GO HERE.
