  Love the staff here. They are always very friendly and straight foward. I purchased new tires last year at this location (Shelbyville) and last week had one that was quickly leaking air. I took a chance and dropped in without an appointment and they were able to replace the damaged tire (it was covered under their road hazard warranty so there was no charge.) While I was there I asked if they could go ahead and replace my tire sensors that were bad. Wait time was minimal and staff was terrific to work with.

  I had a disappointing experience the day both my wife and I took our vehicles in for routine service. They charged my wife for service done to the vehicle without prior approval; I would have appreciated a call and consent before any work was carried out. My car only needed a rotate and balance, and they only performed the balancing correctly. They rotated the driver side only, but the PSI was off according to the manufacturer’s specifications on the door. As for the other side, the manager said it wasn’t done because the rim was bent, but the standard procedure is to put the bent rim on the rear which was not done. So it would have been rotated if they would have followed that procedure. Hopefully, this will be the only bad experience I have with them, as I’ve been a long-time customer.

  Just needed a simple spare tire to replace the 25 year old spare in a 2002 Avalanche. Great service. They made sure that I was given a new production tire at a very respectable price.
