    We rented a jeep for our road trip. It was having horrible death wobbles and it took 9 different calls to 9 different associates to have a single person look up an available vehicle. Everyone kept referring us to someone else or check Google to see what's available. The person that helped us, was a call center representative (likely out of the US), who took the time to look up options. We have always rented with enterprise but this has been the absolute bottom of the barrel for experiences and -0/100 for customer service for enterprise employees. Since this was not a new rental all other associates would not assist.

    I booked a truck at the shelbyville, ky location, received the email confirmation and text. My husband shows up 2.5 hrs before our trip and was told they don't have a truck and they tried to call my number at 9 am. This is simply not true, I haven't had a missed call in four days. We rented the truck to move furniture from ky to nc, which obviously is not happening today. When I called the call center, which still showed the confirmation number that the rep looked up, I only received more useless, empty excuses. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this location or company. No accountability. Do better.
