  The staff at this store always goes above and beyond for us. They work hard, they help however they can, and they do far more than what’s required of them. The issues people run into aren’t caused by the employees — they come from the catalog and the parts themselves. Right now the catalog often shows parts as “not available” or “can’t get,” even when the store actually has them on the shelf. That’s a system problem, not a store problem. On top of that, part quality across the industry has dropped so much that brand‑new parts are now the first thing technicians suspect when diagnosing issues. That’s not something the local team can control.

  Amazing group of people. They always help me find exactly what I need and make me feel like family. They go above and beyond. My baby Pepper even enjoys coming to visit them . Bless you all for all you do

  The staff at our local store, went out of their way to help me find what I needed. I worked customer service for years and they are certainly good with the customers there. Thanks to all of them..

  I've been buying parts from the AutoZone store in Russellville for years, and always have a great experience. Despite being a chain store, it feels more like the hometown parts store that always has a familiar face when I go in.

  This is my go to store, any time I need a part for my truck, 90% of the time they have it in stock and rarely have to wait for it. The employees are always friendly and helpful.
