- JMJacob MyersJun 24, 20265.0Absolute phenomenal service! I pulled in with a nail in my tire on a busy day, and even though they were backed up, they took incredible care of me. Kylon and Jacob up front were super professional, and Tristan out in the shop stepped up and got me patched up and out the door in 15 minutes. To top it off, Jacob didn't even charge me. You just don’t find this kind of kindness and honesty in many shops anymore. Huge shoutout to Tristan, Kylon, and Jacob—you guys earned a customer for life!

Luckily, I was near this tire shop. Kylon immediately eased my worries(I’m sure I looked distressed lol) and the guys assisted me promptly even though I did not have an appointment. I was in and out in no time, allowing me to still arrive in MI at a decent time. I can’t thank them enough for their kindness. This was top tier customer service. If I’m ever in Kentucky again, I’m only going to this location for tires. Thank you again guys!
