  I brought my car to this location to have a job done that they said would take two hours. I had an appointment at 2:30. I was early and dropped my car off at 1:30. I walked around the shopping center to kill time. I called at 4:30 to check on the status of the vehicle. They put me on hold for 27 minutes (I wish I was kidding about that!). When they finally remembered me, they picked back up and told me it would be finished between 5:30 and 6. Very disappointed.

  W tire shop for saving me and my hubby from a flat tire Buc-ee’s in Richmond Kentucky tire pressure machine caused that destroyed our tire valve. WE TRUELY APPRECIATE YOUR HELP SO MUCH AND HOPEFULLY WE DONT HAVE TIRE PROBLEMS AGAIN BUT IF WE DO AND IF WE ARE BY A TIRE DISCOUNTERS OVER OTHER BIGGER BRANDS WE’ll go with the tire discounters instead if able to. A HUGE THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTIM IF ME AND MY HUSBANDS HEARTS TO DO THAT SERVICE FOR US! MUCH APPRECIATED WHEN IN A PINCH WE WATCHED A MOVIE NEARBY AMD THEY WERE DONE BEFORE MOVIE WAS OVER 10/10 RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE FOR EMERGENCIES!!!! :)

  Had a 8 am appointment for new tires to be put on an hour and a half in they call me to tell me it needed this this this....I declined and sat another hour and half currently still waiting and noone has even been around the truck. I questioned the guy at the desk and he tells me they are finishing up the alignment....tires not even on the truck at this point and they shouldn't be doing an alignment with upper and lower ball joints needing replaced.....not impressed and definitely will not be back!

  I had made an online appointment which hadnt gone through on their end, and even booked up for the day they squeezed me in on a saturday to do a quick patch for a nail in my tire. Super friendly staff at the front desk as well. Any tire issue you may have I would greatly consider coming here and they will get you right

  Bought new tires balance and all from tire discount in Richmond ky and had to wait like 3-3 1/2 hours for that. Had to come back to get them rebalanced. My appointment was at 11:30 an hour has passed and still nothing has been done. Just for a 15-20 minute balance. There service is super slow. If you need anything done I recommend clearing your whole day. Not satisfied! Every time I have come to have something done it has literally taken hours for a few minutes job.
