    They were great. My car was clean & ready & waiting for me on time, with a full tank of gas at 9am. I wish they were open earlier though, would've been better if we could have gotten it earlier or the night before without paying for another day.

    We went to pick up a rental here in Berea, Kentucky. But for some reason the staff decided to leave early. We had to drive to Richmond and get one. Richmond staff was wonderful and we got the vehicle and left. No problems. But if you have a business and list your hours on line, maybe stick the day out and you won't lose business. Make your day amazing and never stop moving forward!! 💜💜💜

    I was ready to leave enterprise a horrible horrible review. My car that I had reserved in May was given to someone else. I just happen to stop by and check to make sure everything was good only to find out this information. However they went above and beyond to make sure that I had something even better to drive than what I had rented would do business here again just think that they need to work on their communication a little bit better
