I had a bit of a panic because I bought it online and had no clue where the receipt was now, I went into the store and explained my situation. A younger fella helped me, he explained how to find the original receipt using the advance app. The store manager Stephen was such a nice dude, the younger fella had to speak to Stephen about the process of returning the wheel bearing because it was an online purchase. Both of them keep me informed and was able to credit my card so I could purchase a new wheel bearing. The younger fella already had the new part on the counter by the time the return process was completed. Over all I am extremely happy with the customer service I received and how knowledgeable the staff members where. I think it is important to say that the employees had a smile on their faces, I feel like that is an important detail.

I was changing the oil in my wife's car when I broke the oil filter wrench while trying to remove the oil filter. I ordered 1 online and waited for the pulled email. Shortly after that email, I received 1 stating that I had been picked up, but it wasn't me. When I got there, I found out they had given my order to another customer without confirming the name and order number. They DIDN'T have another in stock. Worse, they refunded my money to a gift card, NOT my credit card. I had to count coins to go to O'Reilly's across the street to get the part. I still haven't heard from anyone as to why it opened. Be careful!!!!

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle.
