I was enjoyed being told and shown everything being done from my front seat. I was blown away by the way they said everything out loud, so that all personnel on the floor knew what was happening. This place is run like a well oiled machine. I will be back. First time customer, just left.

They were slower than normal but it looked like they had new employees. Normally I have a perfect experience with Valvoline and I will continue to use them. Mistakes happen sometimes and we all learn.

The manager was Jenna, I've never seen her there before, it is normally Doug. There were 4 other female workers who in my opinion had little to no training. Normally the guys there yell out things like "Showtime, bay 1!" or whatever process they are in, none of that today. A whole lot of girl drama arguing is all that could be heard for the 3.25 hours I was sitting in my truck inside the garage. Full engine oil, fuel filter and air filter service typically took 45 mins so I was shocked the same service took over 3 hours. THEN I was told none of them could remove the old fuel filters and I should take it to the dealership for that service... I won't be back and I hate that because it was a super convenient place to have my work trucks services done every 3-4 months.
