  While having my vehicle serviced today I noticed they were not removing the oil from the top like they previously have before. I asked a team member (Cody) “if Valvoline switched back to draining from the drain plug instead of the top?” I was then informed that one of their compressors were down and that is why they had removed the drain plug today. Upon receiving my receipt I noticed in the comments it stated my “drain plug had not been removed and the oil was evacuated” This was not true, so I asked team member (Addie) if it could be corrected, as what was stated on my receipt is not what was done to my vehicle. She told me it wasn’t possible and they couldn’t mark it in the system. That she couldn’t change it. I clarified I wanted what was actually done to my car to be reflected on my receipt because if there was an issue with my car I could show my attorney what had been done differently. She again proceeded to tell me they couldn’t change it. I had to tell her to get another team member to change it because I wasn’t going to leave until they could give me proof of what HONESTLY had been done to my car. She was rude and dismissive. Cody quickly came to assist and understood why I wanted records for my documents, within 5 minutes I was leaving with my paper that accurately described what they did to my car. I highly recommend if the business is unable to complete their task at the company standard because something is broken, easy solution.. close until it is fixed. If you decide to stay open, make sure you can honestly reflect what you’re completing on the vehicle or your employees at least have respect and patience when a customer ask for the bare minimum.

  Upmost courtesy and respect. Had an issue with a Groupon voucher and they made it right. Instead of being rude and turning me away they helped me fix the issue and did my oil change quickly. Very clean and maintained. Will be going back.
