We rented for a road trip and accidentally left some things in a console in the back and the employee at Enterprise told us it isn't there. It's definitely on me for forgetting it, but a place with decent customer service would contact a customer when they find items left. I can only assume the items were trashed when it was cleaned. Giving 3 stars because we got a free upgrade, which was nice.

- CSChris SilerMay 24, 20261.0Reserved over a month in advance and on the day of my pickup I was told the one they intended to rent to me had been returned damaged. Pickup was on Monday the return had to have been made on the Saturday prior. They knew they had a reservation for a compact suv and instead of getting one from the location down the road they tried to send me in a Rubicon lifted jeep with mud tires for a 1800 mile trip. Unapologetic, rude and was told that's how the business works. Never had a problem before. Had to go to second location to get a vehicle that matched what I had reserved. Set me back over an hour from when I intended to start due to their lack of preparedness. Will no long use the radcliff location.
