  No vehicle available the day I was told to be there and was rented a compact car (only one available) when I needed something larger @ 6' 1" 275lbs

  The workers are very friendly & professional. They helped me out with getting my car to & from the shop. They do whatever they can to help their customers. The only issue I had, although it was minor, is that two drivers took us back to pick up my car. That meant that myself & my two sons, one with a car seat, had to squeeze into the back seat. I don’t understand why the second driver had to accompany us and make us all ride in the back. It would have been more convenient & comfortable if I could have ridden in the front seat and my sons in the back. The drivers were friendly enough, but maybe just consider the seating of the customers next time.

  If you are looking to rent a car come here first they do anything they can to satisfy there customers if could will give more stars they will bend backwards for you
