    Great service as always, the staff at the local office at pikeville was great, very friendly and welcoming. The car was excellent. I have been using enterprise for my rental needs for more than a decade now. Keep up the great service. Thank you

    The first car didn't work for me. It was the wrong size and felt uncomfortable to drive and park. I brought it back, and Enterprise changed it for a car I was satisfied with and was comfortable for me to drive. I appreciate their willingness to help me settle into a car I liked. Not every car suits everyone, and it was a relief that the Enterprise staff understands that and found a car that met my needs. Otherwise, it would have been an ordeal for me, driving a vehicle that I didn't like and didn't feel at ease driving.

    Not specifically the nice people that run this establishment. Enterprise has a terrible system that will let someone book a vehicle that they don't have. Get a better system Enterprise. I wasted 2 hours there and back and ended up late for work because of this fiasco. Definitely not happy.
