    Why "confirm" a rental and upon arrival (got a ride that took 1/2 to get there) tell my wife.. "we don't have anything" and then walk away for her. We had broken down and were in dire need of a rental. Called and was told there was one there to fit our needs and the agent on site could have cared less it was gone...

    Great service as always, the staff at the local office at pikeville was great, very friendly and welcoming. The car was excellent. I have been using enterprise for my rental needs for more than a decade now. Keep up the great service. Thank you

    The first car didn't work for me. It was the wrong size and felt uncomfortable to drive and park. I brought it back, and Enterprise changed it for a car I was satisfied with and was comfortable for me to drive. I appreciate their willingness to help me settle into a car I liked. Not every car suits everyone, and it was a relief that the Enterprise staff understands that and found a car that met my needs. Otherwise, it would have been an ordeal for me, driving a vehicle that I didn't like and didn't feel at ease driving.
