  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ THE BEST MECHANIC EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! After losing my previous mechanic, who passed away and was someone I trusted completely, I had been looking for a new place to take my car. Unfortunately, my search started with an experience at Firestone, where I was quoted $2,300 for an AC replacement that my car DID NOT NEED. I initially chose Firestone because they advertised a $10 inspection, which seemed like a great deal compared to other shops. However, after asking FOUR TIMES for documentation explaining the expensive repair and never receiving it, I became uncomfortable and decided to get a second opinion at Fort Mitchell Garage. I am SO glad I did! From the moment I spoke with Fort Mitchell Garage, they reassured me that they would thoroughly inspect my vehicle and provide detailed paperwork explaining exactly what they found. And that is EXACTLY what they did! They checked everything, documented their findings, and confirmed that my AC was functioning properly. The only issue was a cabin air filter that needed replacing—a $20 PART instead of a $2,300 repair! Beyond their honesty and attention to detail, the customer service was absolutely incredible. The gentleman was even kind enough to pick me up during his test drive! They went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable, informed, and taken care of. As someone who had lost a trusted mechanic and worried about finding someone I could rely on again, this experience meant so much to me. FORT MITCHELL GARAGE HAS OFFICIALLY BECOME MY NEW GO-TO MECHANIC! I cannot express how much I appreciate their honesty, professionalism, kindness, and willingness to explain everything in detail. If you’re looking for a mechanic who treats you right, provides documentation, and makes you feel confident about your vehicle, PLEASE give this place a chance.   Ron has always taken care of our cars for about 30 years plus. He provides honest assessments of whether work is needed or not. And especially if a person should continue to pour money into a vehicle that isn’t going to go the distance. Ft Mitchell garage always does excellent work and they stand behind their work too.
