- KBKeagen BrownSep 1, 20261.0Called and got the tire size needed went in and dropped my truck off and waited 3 hours to start my service and then three hours later, they still weren’t done and didn’t call me to tell me the tires wouldn’t fit my truck because they ordered the wrong size and when they put the old tires back on, they forgot to balance them so now my truck shakes violently after 40 mph, ridiculous couldn’t even do the job in their name
- GSGarrett SchnabelAug 21, 20265.0Kamryn is a super star and made my day!
- MKMatt KingAug 7, 20261.0Had an appointment to get a wheel alignment at 8am. Dropped the vehicle off the night before. I called at 11:30 and asked when it would be done to arrange transportation to pick up. I was told by Gary it would be done in 30 mins. Left my house an hour later and when I got there it wasn’t even pulled into the shop yet. Ended up not even getting an alignment.
