I purchased four tires and I’m still within the year tire warranty that I paid extra for in order to get an alignment for free and he proceeded to place me on hold for eight minutes stating he was helping a customer since I don’t live far from there, I thought I would swing by to talk to them in person and wouldn’t you know I got a picture of him in fact, not helping a customer at all. There was no one in the store so I was just on hold. I hung up and called back and he said yeah buddy we’re still helping customers you’re gonna need to be put on hold and I said I’m looking at an empty store he then hung up on me. I’ve spent more than $5000 on tires and service within the last few years there and will not ever give them another dime.

It took a couple of days to get the install done only because the employee, who works on corvettes only, was out the first day. Gary Geddings did an awesome job communicating the conditions and notifications of when to bring my car out for the install. They did an excellent job of taking special care of the tire/wheel mounting and balancing prior to the install. All in all, another great experience at Tire Discounters in Paris, KY.........I know now why they stay so busy,lol.
