  Jim, the Assistant Manager, was great! I’m glad I chose to come here instead of another company. Dillon was assisting and also had great customer service. Please tell him I said thank you for cleaning up the mouse nest! From my truck, I could see the entire staff was very well coordinated and prepared. Everyone was friendly and knew what each customer needed. Thank you all!

  This was the best place I've dealt with since owing my new car. Its got to have special things and these guys did an amazing job taking care of my car. The wait wasn't bad and these guys made you feel right at home. Ill definitely be back. These guys are amazing and professional. A big shout out to the 2 gentleman that worked on my scat. You guys are awesome!!! Id give 10 stars if I could. A big thank you to the sit in manager for the day. Thank you for so much info. Thank you for understanding and informing me on quite a few pointers for my ride.

  When leaving the parking lot my oil light came on and my car made a very loud clanking noise. I went back in and the guy said he forgot to reset the oil light. I told him another guy had already done it. The man pushed the buttons inside my car and said okay it should be good, but the light was still on. I informed him the light was still on. He told me to pull my car in the bay. The manager and district manager went downstairs and came back up and said it must’ve been a bad filter. So they redid the oil change. When I asked the manager what happened he said it could’ve been a bad filter. The guy that was pulling me out of the garage was asked by another guy what happened with my car. The guy said hold on I’ll tell you in a second. So I stopped and said will you tell me and he said they didn’t tell you? I said no. He said they forgot to put oil in your car. I am very thankful for this employee and his transparency in the matter. This lack of attention could have and might still be detrimental to my car. I am very displeased with the service. The manager Alan was less than helpful and brushed me off, thankfully I was persistent in fixing the oil light. Not to mention he was not truthful when asked what had happened. The district manager was sure to tell me that he pulled his back while looking under my car. In stances like this, the men should have been transparent about what happened instead of lying and making excuses. This was very unprofessional and I am very displeased with my service.
