Need to shout out to Ms. Suzi for the passive aggressiveness and condescending tone when it came to my husband asking to borrow a stapler so he could keep his papers together while using the transflo. She said he was "acting weird" about it. And when we returned it, she said "You're so very welcome" in a very condescending tone. If using "the stores only stapler" is such a big deal, maybe it'd be a good idea to purchase another one and keep it with the transflo. Just sayin.

- EBEdwin BerriosAug 18, 20261.0On Sunday I was heading home stopped by for gas I prepaid $40 but my car only took $35. I was told by the workers the $5 would on back on my car. Today the transaction went from pending to final and it was still $40 charge. I got ripped off by Pilot and the bad thing is I live 4 hours away so I can’t go get my money. Completely outraged and pissed off about this. I’m more pissed because the pump would not let me pay at pump and now I’m out $5 would off been better off pumping in Illinois try to save a few bucks only to get robbed the money I saved. 😡😡😡
