  This was my first new vehicle with them, after being referred by my sister and cosigning for a friend, I thought I would get my vehicle here. After having a nice experience with the buying process, and going him with a new truck, I went to work the next morning and felt the truck shift hard a few times. Upon leaving work (at only 193 miles, buying the truck at 104) the vehicle started changing the A/C, raising the RPMs when not in motion, and then finally not shifting in Paducah traffic. I pulled over and called the dealership where I was placed with several departments. The service tech instructed me to call a tow service myself and stated that they probably would have no loaners for me but would figure out how to get me home an hour away. I waited for 2 hours on the side of the road. When I got to the dealership, I was treated with indifference to my situation. All the kindness from the day before was gone, and I was made to feel as if I was nothing, my concerns were of no consequence, and when I tried to explain what the truck had been doing, I was talked over and dismissed. I was then given a loaner and shuffled off as quickly as possible with no concerns addressed about this purchase that I had only driven home and back to work. The truck is now in their shop, but I feel as if, once you sign the papers, you are worth almost nothing to these people.

  Michael was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable from the start! We came here to buy a vehicle for my Mother. He took the time to explain everything to her on the vehicle she was looking at. I also feel he gave us the best deal! Michael was very thorough and wasn’t rushing or pressuring us the whole time! Very nice young man a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely want to do business with him again the next time we purchase a vehicle!

  Rodney Skinner found me wandering the lot in Paducah. I showed my list of things I was looking for in a new or used car. He sensed the type of car I needed. I fell in love with the white Buick Envision Avenir with almost white and blue interior. This car fits me well, is beautiful inside and out, rides like a dream. I am enjoying driving it. I believe Mr Skinner is a man with Christian values. He was an excellent salesperson. He took enough time to explain every feature of the vehicle to me.

  Correction: Reducing the number of stars to 2 because not all paperwork was completed by this dealer at the time of purchase, thus requiring an unexpected, special 2-hour roundtrip so that this can be taken care of. This reduction of stars absolutely does not diminish how awesome Dylan and Shannon were/are..."real" human-beings. This was an absolutely fantastic car-shopping/buying experience! Dylan Harris was wonderful through the entire process; down to earth, "real" human-being. Very hard to find this type of person in the car sales industry today! Also, need to give a special thank you to my "Test Drive Ride-Along Buddy" Shannon; great personality, great conversation! Thank y'all again!
