  I always pick this location to do business with. Teca always makes sure we get great customer service. Everything is always an easy process, cars are always clean, and the whole staff is friendly even when they are busy.

  I had to get a rental while my car is being fixed. They went above and beyond to make sure to accounted me at the Irvin Cobb location. The lady who helped me was so sweet and so accommodating!! She just really made it easy peasy for me to get it and bring it back.

  I like the ease of using the app to make my reservation, online check-in. Teka has wonderful customer service, is always helpful and makes sure the customers are happy. I have had the pleasure of working with her the past 3 years when I make a reservation.

  They will charge your card without giving you any notice. Do not rent from there. They are shady business practices with them. If I could put a zero star, I would.
