  I like the ease of using the app to make my reservation, online check-in. Teka has wonderful customer service, is always helpful and makes sure the customers are happy. I have had the pleasure of working with her the past 3 years when I make a reservation.

  They will charge your card without giving you any notice. Do not rent from there. They are shady business practices with them. If I could put a zero star, I would.

  The staff is extremely friendly and eager to make sure I have a great rental car waiting for me when I arrive. They are great ambassadors for Enterprise.

  I made a reservation two months ago specifically for a truck. We were out of town and needed a truck to transport Furniture home. At 6:30 PM the night before our rental, someone left me a voicemail saying verbatim “ We do not have availability to get you going”. What is that even supposed to mean? She left me a phone number to call her back, but I immediately called the number and it said they were closed. Instead called back the number that she called me from in which she said again yes we are not able to give you anything tomorrow. I told her this reservation had been made two months ago, and I had already confirmed to check in. She didn’t say we did not have any trucks available, in which I said that’s fine but we have to at least have an SUV. She huffed and puffed, and said ok we can put you in a midsize suv. There are multiple other enterprise locations around, so I do not understand how it is possible that there are no trucks available at all. We got there to check in at 8:02 am, and had to wait a few minutes. They offered us a COMPACT tiny suv. This is not what she had told me on the phone. There were multiple bigger vehicles there that could have been useful for us, considering we needed a truck, but they would not let us have them. So in order for us to get home, we were stuck in a tiny SUV that did not even have XM radio as an option. Unacceptable!
