  The rental was the perfect size. We did have some mechanical issues on the trip. It would have been nice to get some type of compensation for the trouble, but we still had to pay full price. The agent said she made notes to reduce our rental fee but it never came thru. May rent here again if they have what we need.

  The type of car we received was not what we reserved. The replacement car was filthy inside due to lots of stains on the upholstery. the car door had huge scratches, but, the most disappointing issue was how small the car was and how uncomfortable the seats were. I literally got painful shooting pains in my right leg. If we had been given the car or a similar car in the category we reserved, we wouldn't have had issues. We drove 6 hours in pain.

  Most unprofessional group of people i've ever dealt with reserved a car for eleven o'clock at one in the afternoon.I still don't have a car.They offer me a car that was just returned.That's dirty and dinged up and there was no way I was going to do that..Somebody's insurance to hang those dents on

  I was told today by an Enterprise employee unless you book a 3rd row SUV 6 months in advance you might as well not book through this location. If you book 2 wks in advance they will call you the night before pickup to inform you the vehicle will not be available. You will get a verbal apology though.

  The car i rented had some serious issues, we traveled quite a distance and anytime we went any over 65 mph it shook and vibrated like crazy. Not only did we have to put up with that our entire trip but when I mentioned something to an employee when I returned it I showed them a video of it and they could not have been less concerned. The only response I got was "you rented it from here?" Needless to say I was not satisfied with the car or service I got any of the times I've rented from them in the past as well.
