  Enterprise owns a monopoly in Owensboro, KY but yet you cannot pick up a rental in Louisville and drop it off in Owensboro. Need a way of getting to Owensboro? Too bad. You better have someone to pick you up, or be willing to spend over $1k for a 10' truck from Uhaul. Enterprise, FIX THIS ISSUE.

  There was a glitch and somehow got wrong price and location. Andrea called day of reservation and let me know and that he would take care of it and he did. I was in and out in 10 min no questions asked.

  Absolutely horrible service. We have used them twice in the last few months, once when someone hit the wife's car and today after my truck was hit. Both times we reserved a vehicle well in advance and both times they didn't have what we reserved. After an hour I just said I would take whatever they had, I was there a total of an hour and half and ready to go. I reserved a truck and left with a Nissan Sentra. If I ever need another rental, I will tell insurance I will go to Evansville, probably faster and less headache. After looking at other reviews, it seems this is a common problem that they have no interest in fixing.
