  The customer service is superb I've not had many complaints but the ones I have had they've always taken it serious and fixed the issue right away with a smile on their face!! I feel like my business is valued and that means a lot!

  The car I reserved wasn't available and nothing even close. My major issue is if they couldn't complete the reservation that would be something caught at check-in so the customer could be notified prior to showing up at the office. When you can track Amazon deliveries right to your door in real time it seems like the least that could be done was an advanced email so customers can not waste time and make other plans. An easier fix would be if you don't have the cars or can't get them by the reserve date just don't list them. If that were the case I'd imagine Enterprise would inconvenience a lot less people. This is what happens when a business has no local competition.

  The location where I made my appointment did not have the car I reserved available. They let me know ahead of time and made arrangements for me to go to another location. Despite the change, it was a great experience. Both locations provided great customer service, and Justin DeFur, Branch Manager at Salem Dr. in Owensboro, did all he could to make it a good experience. I am appreciative of the effort.
